Interim Review of the Township Agricultural Security Area (ASA)
Nottingham Township is now taking modifications to the current ASA. All interested parties can download the modification form HERE returning it to the Township Office no later than Friday, December 30, 2011.
In order to participate in the ASA the following criteria must be met:
1. Parcels must be at least 10 acres in size. If less than 10 acres in size, the anticipated value of
the ag production must be at least $2,000 per year.
2. Property should be viable agricultural land
3. At least 50% of the land should be in Soil Capacity Classes I-IV, as defined by the county soil
survey; and
4. Propery must be zoned for agricultural uses.

| FREE Electronics Recycling Collection Site Opens
Where: Peters Township Public Works Garage
750 Bebout Road (Peterswood Park)
When: Monday thru Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and Noon to 3:00 p.m.
It is required that you contact Public Works at 724 941-6161 prior to bringing items to ensure somneone is there to assist you.

Recycling Site Open to the Public!

After many snags and delays, the recycling site is operational! Residents are encouraged to bring all paper, manilla & brown folders, cardboard, junk mail, glossy paper & magazines, newspaper & phone books, glass, plastic, tin & aluminum to the Township site, 909 Sugar Run Road, Eighty Four.
The hours for drop-off are 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Monday - Sunday.
This is a single stream recycling site. Recyclables do not need to be sorted.
*This site is monitored by cameras!
This site is for recyclable items only. Dumping of all other items such as furniture, tires, food waste, paint, etc. is prohibited and will be recorded by camera and violators prosecuted!
